Career Highlights:

While studying Early Childhood Education I discovered The Montessori Way.  I have taught throughout the Gallatin Valley in public and private centers since 1984. I had the pleasure of working just under nine years at a full Montessori School while studying for my certification in Montessori in 2017. For me working with children at Bozeman Montessori is an honor. I thank you for sharing your precious gems with me. Heaven is being a small part of guiding a child towards the individual evolving.

Things I am passionate about:

I love the joy of working at a school with the utmost integrity and high regard for the nurturing of the child’s spirit, the Montessori way. Being a part of a group of educators who are dedicated, love what they do and inspired by the interests of the child has given me a means for sustaining my own desire to be a useful and inspired guide. I knew early on that the child’s ingenuity and passion was where I wanted to be.

In my free time, I love to:

In my private time I relish reading philosophy, early childhood education and theology and take great joy in hiking and birdwatching. I love collecting and reading to children books on all subjects. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to take part in a child’s discovery for a love of learning.

“We can’t say enough good things about Bozeman Montessori. There’s a passion for education here – and a general expression of kindness – that really puts you at ease as a parent. It can be hard to leave children [during the day], and see them grow up, but the staff and director at Bozeman Montessori put so much effort into the Montessori Method, and the specific needs of each student, that I feel like our boys (ages 19 months and 3) are in the best hands possible. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this school, the wonderful staff, and the supportive parent community.”
