Career Highlights:
I have a degree in Human Development with a certification in Early Childhood Education and have spent the past 10 years working in early childhood education, growing from a nanny to an assistant and lead teacher, and eventually serving as an Education Supervisor. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in child development, classroom leadership, curriculum, and supporting both children and educators.
Things I am passionate about:
I’m passionate about early childhood education and creating environments where children feel safe, supported, confident, and excited to learn. I love watching children develop their independence and seeing those little moments when something clicks for them. I’m also passionate about family, relationships, and making the most of everyday moments.
In my free time, I love to:
I love spending time with my family, getting outside, exploring Montana, traveling, and finding new places to explore. I especially enjoy simple family time and being able to slow down and appreciate the everyday moments.
Personal philosophy:
I believe children are capable, curious, and deserving of respect. I believe our role as educators is to create a safe and supportive environment where children can explore, develop independence, and learn at their own pace. I strive to meet each child where they are, recognize their individual strengths, and help them feel confident in what they can accomplish.
